Thank you for shopping with PoshaBella! We want to make sure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping — Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping — Estimated delivery the next business day (order must be placed by 12:00 PM EST)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a qualifying amount. Check our current promotions at checkout to see if your order qualifies.
Where We Ship
PoshaBella currently ships to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons (holidays, severe weather, etc.) that are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at orders@poshabella.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. PoshaBella is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at orders@poshabella.com and we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.
